Researchers discover new therapeutic target for Alzheimer's
Arizona [US], March 28 (ANI): By examining the role that cholesterol plays in both Alzheimer's disease and type 2 diabetes, researchers identified a small molecule that may help in regulating cholesterol levels in the brain.
This can be seen as a potential new therapeutic target for Alzheimer's disease.
The findings of the study were published in the journal ACS Pharmacology and Translational Science.
