Loving Someone With Alzheimer’s Disease

Alzheimer’s disease can be especially difficult for the family of patients as they witness their loved one’s personality changing. Family members often have to deal with the emotionally painful experience of their loved one not recognizing them or forgetting their name.

A short film from Buzzfeed demonstrates that although the disease may have changed the patient, they are still the same person that you have always loved and they will continue to need your strength and support as the disease progresses.
